Commission is calculated on product or order value after a successful sale. Commission excludes delivery fees, payment provider charges, special promotions and custom service agreements.
Vendor earnings go into the vendor wallet. Vendors can request withdrawal when available balance reaches the minimum withdrawal amount of 1,500 FCFA.
