If you wish to delete your One Market account for any reason — whether you’re switching to a vendor account, no longer plan to use the app, or for any other personal reason — follow these simple steps:
Open the One Market App Launch the app and log in to your account.
Go to Your Profile Tap on your profile icon at the top right corner of the home screen.
Request Account Removal Scroll to the bottom of the profile page and tap on “Request Account Removal.”
Complete the Process on the Website You’ll be redirected to our website to fill out a short form with your account details. Once submitted, our team will process your request and permanently remove your account.
⚠️ Please note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
